Ella's Passover Kugel

This one is from Debbie's paternal grandmother.  You can use Nyafat instead of chicken fat if you like; either one tastes good.



Can be doubled.  Serve as a side dish or in chicken soup.

The way I've seen it made, it's always doubled, and there are generally two containers of it on the table.  Some people like the outside crunchy parts, some prefer the soft inside section.  Either way, it all gets eaten.  This is not a low fat dish, but most people find a way to justify having seconds.
